Our online return policy applies exclusively to orders placed at veliniwatches.com and does not cover products purchased from our showroom or any authorized retailer.
You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to exchange your order or request a full refund, provided the product is unworn and in perfect condition. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.
For international orders, the return shipment cost, including any duties and taxes imposed by the returning country's policy, is the responsibility of the customer.
A full refund, minus shipping charges and return shipping costs, will be issued if the product(s) are returned in their original condition, within their original box, and with all original packing materials, within 30 days.
